Attune Therapy Resources

taking a pause to focus on professional development and new clinical projects.

While the practice is temporarily closed, please utilize the website as a resource guide for grief, anxiety and support.

If you are looking for therapy, I’ve written a guide on how to find a grief therapist that may help you feel more confident as you begin your search.

A Meaningful Chapter

Building Attune Therapy Practice has been a meaningful chapter of my professional life. This pause allows space for growth, reflection, and new directions in behavioral health. The clinical values described throughout this site continue to guide my work, and updates about the future of the practice will be shared here.

About the founder of Attune Therapy Practice.

Attune Therapy Practice is currently on sabbatical. The work described below reflects the clinical foundation and values that continue to guide my professional direction.

Like many of the individuals I have worked with, I know what it is to live through loss. That personal understanding is what drew me to this field and continues to shape how I think about grief, anxiety, and connection.

Attune Therapy Practice grew from that vision: a place where loss could be expressed honestly, where the weight of grief did not have to be carried alone, and where space was made for compassion, clarity, and meaningful connection.
